He has helped companies ranging from the nation’s leading property tax firm to manufacturing plants transform the way they look at their business process management.

He holds an undergraduate degree in Sociology from the University of Missouri (Columbia) in and a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Texas (Austin).
